Access to Medical Records

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, General Data Protection Regulations and Access to Health Records Act, patients may request to see their medical records. There is no charge for this as long as the request for information is reasonable.

Please speak to administration team if you require a copy of your medical records.

No information will be released without written patient consent unless we are legally obliged to do so.
